It's been 14 years since I started using a heavy head and fluffy shaft fainting club in October 2009.
As the word "aggression" indicates, if you try to hit the ball with an earlier swing method, you will not hear what the golf club says, and the tremendous reaction force will be transmitted from the club, and you will not be able to swing as you wish.
The golf club does not follow the owner's will and insists on the direction in which the club wants to move.
In the worst case, the force pulled later is so great that I have to counter it, and I try to swing with unnecessary force, but the club head falls 10 cm in front of the ball. There was a case where it ended up.
No matter how much I like to golf, if I continue to do this for more than ten years, some fear and distrust will settle in my unconscious, and I will not lose self-confidence. I don't think so.
Now that I am free from agony, I have nostalgic memories.
How to remove the Scotoma caused by the swing
before the faint in agony
It was a day of challenge to that.
I think I understood my teacher's teaching, "First of all, it doesn't start without changing the image in the brain."
There was a time when I tried to create an image of a swing that wouldn't faint in my head without practising the swing for nearly half a year.
But this failed.
Assembling an image in your brain, relying only on the image taught in words, is difficult.
You don't need to understand the following: It is enough to understand that words alone do not give an accurate image.
Move weight to the right: Place your weight on your right foot, and turn back here.
To turn the takeaway a lot, pull it with your right elbow and bring the grip to the right shoulder.
While starting to move your weight to the left, lightly push the grip end with your right elbow.
You don't have to do anything extra at this point, just weight transfer and face the front of your body at impact.
On the contrary, the clockwise rotation will start if you are conscious of facing the front.
When pushing the grip end, push it with the part attached to the arm of the right hand.
If you have the impression that your left hand is dangling, it feels like the back of your hand goes toward the ball while being pushed.
If you push the left hand with your right hand, the left arm will be pushed and hit the ground, so pull out the left elbow and let it escape.
Coaching teaches that efficacy is essential for achieving goals.
If you increase the presence of the goal you want to achieve, you will have a homeostasis level that takes the world of goals as a matter of course.
(Homeostasis is explained in another article, so please refer to this.)
The higher your homeostasis level, the higher your reputation.
This condition is called "efficacy".
Efficacy means "self-assessment of one's abilities" and is the self-confidence that "I can do it" before trying to do something.
It may be easier to understand if you think of efficacy as pride.
Whether or not you can achieve this goal depends on whether or not you can keep this efficacy high.
What can we do to imprint the high comfort zones of the goal world on our brains?
It is to have high efficacy.
The comfort zone of the goal is what you feel is most suitable for you. In other words, it is to raise the person's evaluation that "I have a high ability".
It is dangerous to confuse high efficacy with "bluff".
The bluff is out of the comfort zone because it has a higher rating than you think and is higher than the efficacy you set.
Some people call the word "I'll give you efficacy", but you should be aware of this. It's different from "let's bite a bluff." Please be careful not to misunderstand.
Many people are obsessed with past mistakes and the words of others (especially parents and teachers) and cannot underestimate themselves and increase their efficacy.
Parents and teachers are the most influential people when they are children.
When I was in the third grade of elementary school, my grades dropped sharply.
The teacher at that time had the experience of utterly crushing efficacy.
Teachers with low self-esteem seem obsessive and unconsciously afraid of good children. Try to bring the child down to his level.
The teacher was someone who looked only above, such as her boss's principal and the school board.
In the fifth grade, I could finally escape the teacher's prejudice, gradually studying and recovering my grades.
Now that I've learned to coach, I can understand this mechanism well, but when I was in elementary school, I had no choice but to stand still until my environment changed.
People with low efficacy need to be careful, but on the contrary, their efficacy will rise just by being near people with high efficacy.
Affirmation is what you need to break the curse of the words of others and increase your efficacy.
By making affirmations such as "I am a great person" and "I can do it", I try to improve my efficacy every day.
I want to elaborate on affirmations at another time.
People can keep their self-image high by setting future goals and conditioning what they should be. So it is Kaizen your Future for the future.
Kaizen Your Future will thoroughly explain the importance of raising efficacy.
I learned to coach last year and set a golf goal as one of my goals.
The goals of life are not limited to work.
You can find goals in all areas where you can find a purpose in life, such as career, family, relatives, life work, property, living environment, community activities, spirituality, health, and leisure.
The balance wheel is used to organize the above items in the wheel.
We will also discuss the balance wheel in detail at another time.
And I decided to start over from the basics to reach my golf goal.
I started with a slight swing of about 50 cm in front of and behind the ball, called "brush painting". And I went on to a three-dimensional swing one by one.
Then, many words accumulated in my unconscious began to overlap with the image of the actual swing in my brain.
I was deeply moved by the fact that my history of agony golf did not waste.
My brain was full of all the knowledge I needed to escape the agony of golf.
It felt like it had sprung up in my brain as a memory that overlapped with the image of the actual swing.
When I reread my teacher's blog post, each word came to be associated with the image in my brain.
I have read the same article before, but the actual image appears in my brain as a concrete image.
I could feel this kind of experience thanks to the support of the cognitive science knowledge that I packed into my brain.
After more than ten years, the memory accumulated fragmentarily for a long time has become an image in the brain and finally forms an image in my brain.
About a year ago, I had just started practising the basics again, but I suddenly started getting good results.
However, once it collapsed, it collapsed like an avalanche and the correction did not work.
I couldn't recover in the round of the day.
At this time, the image was not wholly completed as a video.
After that, I repeated the following self-coaching according to the standard of coaching.
I also recommend this method to everyone. Try it. The absolute effect will come out.
It is how I gradually increased my efficacy.
Analyze the cause yourself and figure out how to get rid of it. It was
If it doesn't work, there must be a scotoma you've learned, so look for it and remove it.
Look for Scotoma, assuming the beliefs about the swing you learned before you faint in agony.
If you are bound by a negative self-image that "you always fail in decisive situations", rewrite your self-image as "you can play an active role in decisive situations" and raise your efficacy. It was
It's easy to get nervous when hitting a shot, so master the method of inducing a relaxed state by reverse abdominal breathing.
Do not regret your shortcomings and problems; strongly imagine the good points and successful experiences.
I don't remember my weaknesses and weaknesses over and over again. So try to think, "It's not like you to make such a mistake."
Clarify goals to increase efficacy.
Aim for a level one level higher than the goal you initially set.
When you make a mistake, you start to think, "I can't make such a mistake."
Analyze the factors that worked well and try to develop their positive aspects.
When I make a round, when I go to the golf course in the morning, I listen to music that makes me feel excited in the car.
It is "warming up adrenaline".
By creating a light excitement before the game and creating an environment where adrenaline is easy to come out to some extent, they will release the adrenaline at once when the game starts, and the ball is hit.
Rhythmic music also stimulates the secretion of serotonin. Therefore, it makes it easier to increase efficacy.
[In the case of team competition, I think it is better to add the following in addition to the above]
You don't have to lose your reputation because you don't fit in with other members. It was
Instead, it seems that "the surroundings are useless". However, think about it and don't say it. It was
Have absolute confidence in your actions.
Efficacy also exists in teams.
Team efficacy is called collective efficacy.
Collective efficacy is created by "sharing goals" and "as a result, rapport (psychological solidarity)".
When leaders and groups share goals, high comfort zones are also shared, creating Lapolla.
First, it is essential that the leader sets a "high-level goal" and "I think everyone on the team can achieve it".
As collective efficacy increases, a sense of solidarity with peers is automatically created.
People who share a sense of presence in their comfort zone are designed to develop a sense of companionship and get along.
